The regular meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association occurred on August 5th, 2024. The meeting began at 6:30 PM and was chaired by Secretary Johnson.

A detailed review of the records from the previous meeting was presented.

After the approval of the minutes, several matters were discussed including:

• Neighborhood beautification projects
• Changes to existing rules and regulations
• Maintenance concerns raised by residents

The meeting terminated at 8:30 PM.
